I think possibly increase in A/S is to guard again

I think possibly increase in A/S is to guard against possible buy out at pennies a share not just only for deals. I think too that why should they sell company it's their baby, it's not just about money. Also would they want to work for someone else that owns the company when they don't have to. Like you say it would have to be a ridiculous buy out offer. Ntek will be a billion dollar company someday.
