i said that it was circumstantial
and a coincidence .. that said
when it comes to heavily manipulated
OTC stox like PTOI >> i don't believe in *coincidences*
as i noted *there* just this weekend .. CON side of the original colluding entity
gave themselves away (sort of like what they did on 5.1.13 too)
