re the basher who immediately rejects this -as they always do-what else are they going to do-NDA's re NNLX are never old unless its confirmed they never followed through- and good guys who may be aware of such often feel they cant say anything
because any info shared by the co privately re such would probably be considered to be covered by the NDA
I've seen other public co's hide the existence of these NDA's in following the letter of the law re the non disclosure provisions
at a minimum the 2012-2103 update re associations real or planned reminds us this is a ball game NNLX has been in -which is good news -if nothing else they have experience navigating those waters, unlike many pennies whose ignorance burns them
bashers as usual denigrate NDA's but they are very common-and NNLX noted confidentialty agreements in the Oct PR i and ongoing negotiations
I previously noted how Dr Faro had to leave the advisory board temporarily when the previous Univ he connected with did not allow such associations-and that he rejoined when he associated with Womens Hospital instead. But the following has been under the radar despite all the talk about the Ohio lab head Michelle leaving.
if the main lab has moved to Womans Hospital that would make sense.
When he says OUR new laboratory in the same context or breath as rejoining the NNLX advisory board he could mean a joint venture between NNLX and other entities-though I have no personal knowledge of such

"I am excited to be rejoining the scientific advisory board. I am looking forward to the build out of our new laboratory adjacent to our clinic offices at Woman's Hospital.
