HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / June 10, 2015 / Valley High Mining Company / Unique Growing Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VHMC) is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent for the acquisition of TNS Distributors, LLC. ("TNS"
as a wholly owned subsidiary. TNS is in the business of selling Hemp Infused energy drinks. TNS has an exclusive 11 state agreement to distribute all products under its contract.
