This may very well be the knockout punch to netflix ...why to have the main source of collections that netflix is mostly made up of become 4k renditions on UltraFlix and offered maybe on a subscription basis that netFlix could never compete with streming 4k under 4mbps may be the death stroke...things from here on would need to be watched closely as to netflix moves and that of UltraFlix.
The company has the largest footprint of any independent supplier to bricks and mortar businesses, and is one of only two independent aggregators for Target, where Alchemy represents 75% of all independent titles sold. It is also the leading supplier to digital platforms including iTunes, Netflix and VOD.
To disrupt that 75% of Netflix bread and butter is why this IMO is so significant.
Consumers will choose 4k over 2k only a matter of time before the market catches fire on this choice.
