GRCU is a bit over one year old. The products have been test marketed and are of quality. Acting CEO says "merger is simply delayed". Merging company has the rights to Rico Suave licensing. Cruz shouldn't announce plans until 100% sure of there imminent success. $1B industry and plenty of time to jump in feet first but only when ready.
