its not smoke -its reality- if newbies want to verify the process in the usa follow co's like rvm sirg lbsr etc
the env permit can range from simple to very lengthy and complicated in the usa- read the laws such as nepa and sepa
columbia and most if not all of latin america has a very streamlined process in general compared to the usa- which is one reason why co's target latin america
in another miner i mod in the usa its taken a decade of lawsuits and stalling to get close to env permit for rock creek mine but thats on forest service land and some under or near wilderness also
varies w every situation so one can never know exactly how long
once MPO was approved dec 2013 we were on the home stretch
there are no instant get rich quick magic pills
blaming the typical and usual delays on the co is a greatly mistaken effort
they will probably have a presentation in a local school to get further input from the community-and if no organized opposition, they could sign off on the env/socialization and pass the ball to legal,as the env agency noted to Opti
