Interesting action today. Two closely spaced transactions of ~1m shares sold at what looks to be market price.
Two possible scenarios come to mind.
1) someone desperately needed $20k immediately.
2) effort to cause panic selling among longs.
If 1, too bad whoever it was couldn't wait till after the update.
If 2, doesn't appear to have been successful.
No surprise, I'm certain it was case 2 and based on the close spacing, it was likely the same person or group engaged in a concerted effort.
Another thing came to mind. Its often the case that manipulators take down the share price of publicly traded companies before good news. Could be an attempt to cause panic in order to grab shares.
