For those that are stressed, FITX is all about "Arbitrary" behavior from HC and Lakeshore bought and paid for by companies like TILRAY.
We are experiencing a commercial war for shelf space and got our ass kicked in the court of public opinion do to the $$$$ spent to wage this kind of war ( the press ).
This war has caused our pps to fall off the MAP and with it our FUNDS to make GIDDY UP a viable competitor.
It is safe to say that we are on hold until we receive JUDICIAL RELIEF because it makes no sense to spin off until we get a license from the Federal Court,
Likewise it makes no sense to roll out giddy up right now if we can not afford a viable roll out to compete with Monster and Red bull for shelf space.
FITX is a LOCK, a 400 to 1 return, because Canada frowns on "Arbitrary" behavior as seen in Thursdays ruling by the Supreme Court of Canada.
FITX is all about the JUDICIAL CLOCK.......Tic ...Toc.....
As far as giddy up goes we need a higher PPS so BUY more shares.
