Fact is they had the greatest opportunity right in front of them with Nulief, but Kras was more interested in pushing his own brands and James was too stupid to notice. These two idiots destroyed this company with their stupid moves over the past year. James made deal after deal with the devil for financing that just kept driving the share price into the ground. Sason is well known for his loan sharking tactics, but James didn't care and he didn't look elsewhere.
Kras proved to be the absolute worst CMO you could imagine. Just one look at his attempt to produce a Bikini Ready TV ad left jaws dropped in disbelief. It was so bad they had to quickly go to an outside source to produce a new one. Then he made a Nulief YouTube video that portrayed the company as some funky headshop with smoke swirling and a bald head camera view.
If all that wasn't bad enough, James promoted him to president a year ago and all he has done is to spend everything he could toward promoting his Bikini Ready brand. Despite the weak sales, spending just kept increasing until he finally ran out of money. Now when they have a product with tons of potential with no competition, they don't even have the money to produce the product, let alone promote it, but they thought they could fool us all by having a big launch event to drive up the share price to get themselves in position to get more funding from their buddy Sason.
When the market caught on to their BS tactics the stock got crushed and in a final desperation move, James announces a new partnership to take over the sales and promotion of Nulief, thinking the market would rally it share price higher. The market saw how they tried to fool us with the Nulief launch event that was anything but a launch event and given the fact that James wouldn't even name who the new partnership is with, they ignored and laughed at his ill fated attempt.
Michael James is shoe in for the WORST CEO OF THE YEAR AWARD! Kras will go down as the WORST CMO & PRESIDENT of all time! These two have proven they know nothing about running a successful business and neither should ever be involved in any managerial position of any kind. They had the greatest opportunity in their laps and threw it all away because they were stupid to realize what they had. They had us all believing they were taking Nulief to the market with a huge competitive advantage, when in reality it was just a huge mirage they created. It is clear now that they never intended to do anything with Nulief or their CBD Initiative for more than a year or more as they planned to continue to push their Bikini Ready, Surgex, and other existing brands.
They should be prosecuted for this Nulief launch event that didn't launch anything. The deceit was made clear when shareholders demanded to know where they launched it, in which they were forced to quickly put in a single dispensary. Since then, Kras has been telling the press it is in multiple dispensaries and in multiple states, when it is not. Their charades has cost many of us a lot of money, me especially, and they should be held responsible for their deceitful actions. I hope they both get investigated and prosecuted. Amen!
