SSPT .0001 MERGER COMPLETE >> My Big Coin Pay, Inc. Closes Acquisition of Shot Spirits Corporation

(PRLEAP.COM) LAS VEGAS, Nev. – June 11, 2015 – My Big Coin Pay, Inc., an emerging cryptocurrency-based payment platform announced today that it had closed on an agreement to acquire the majority interest of Shot Spirits Corporation (OTC Pink: SSPT)on June 8, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, the shareholders of My Big Coin Pay acquired a controlling interest in Shot Spirits Corporation from the public issuer's majority shareholders. My Big Coin Pay subsequently became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shot Spirits Corporation.
As previously disclosed, My Big Coin Pay had entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire a controlling interest in Shorts Spirits Corporation. At the time of the acquisition, John Roche was named the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shot Spirits Corporation. Under the new management of Mr. Roche, the company will seek to file the necessary quarterly and annual reports with OTC Markets in order to bring the company current with is reporting obligations. Mr. Roche will likewise seek to change the name of the corporation from Shot Spirits Corporation to My Big Coin Pay, Inc. to better reflect the current business operations of the company.
"The successful completion of this transaction represents a major milestone for us," noted John Roche. "I am hopeful that our listing on the OTC Pink Sheets will provide us with access to new investors, new sources of capital with which to grow our company, and greatly enhance our visibility and market awareness of our developing cryptocurrency payments platform," he continued. My Big Coin Pay will continue to have its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company will be seeking to update its corporate website in the near future.
