On Monday of this week, I wrote an e-mail to a VIP within the FAA on behalf of the shareholders. My goal was to reach out to someone very influential and to point out that the delays are hurting much more than just a company - they are hurting thousands of hard working taxpayers as well. I CC'd the e-mail to 4 others I believed were involved, making sure to include anyone whom I believed might have a political or other agenda for delaying the process.
I received a personal (not automated) response from this very accomplished individual, and my e-mail was forwarded on to at least 4 other VIPs very high up within the FAA.
Our concerns have been realized and more importatnly, they are being acted on. People are being held accountable for their actions. If there is any deliberate stalling of the process, rest assured, those involved are being asked to step it up. Baltia will get another mini and will pass it and will become America's Newest Airline.
Based on recent events (as early as yesterday), Baltia's goal is to be in Proving Flights before the end of this month.
There is no need to call or to harass the FAA, especially the East Michigan office.
They are working hard to get things done.
