Nasdaq Welcomes Modus Energija to First North

Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius, Nasdaq Baltic Market, June 12, 2015 – Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the bonds of energy sector company AB Modus Energija (trading ticker: MDEB060018A) will be admitted to trading on the First North Bond Market on June 17 by Nasdaq Vilnius.

The total nominal value of the Modus Energija Bond issue is EUR 1,723,000. The nominal value of Bond is EUR 1,000 each, the annual interest rate of 6%, and Maturity Date is April 20, 2018. Modus Energija operates 14 solar power plants with total installed capacity of 4.9 MW and 3 biogas power plants with installed capacity of 2.6 MW, producing electricity and heat. Modus Energija is a subsidiary company of UAB Modus Group.
