I like it! You are right on target with that suggestion. Dead on.
They should be easy to spot even without IR, they will be the ones driving the wrong way, and at the wrong place at the wrong time, barking up the wrong tree at the wrong squirrel with a sign on the top of their AMC Pacer saying "I'm confused, what was it we were looking for?"
