First, colluding entities embed secret messages within the third decimal places of trades on L2. Were it not for that, thousands of processors would have already been deployed and producing billions of dollars of $10/bbl oil, just as the company had repeatedly promised.
Second, Bordynuik and Heddle were using good judgement by repeatedly defrauding the public with lies in order to confuse the entities.
Third, the company isn't bankrupt yet, and this is definitive proof that naysayers are fools who just don't get "it".
