If anyone hasn't figured out the drill yet, it's that the principals at PTOI have been working investors for over six years.
Currently, in a scenario which has been repeated by PTOI over and over and over and over with high success, investors are waiting patiently for EcoNav's pilot run and they expect that two processor sales will immediately follow. While I do think that the company will announce that EcoNav is doing handsprings in the parking lot at the results, what you will notice is that another new step will be inserted into the process and the expected immediate sale won't happen.
PTOI constantly announces progress...and then gives investors a new delay framed as a positive. PTOI's delays are virtually always around three months.
So in a month and a half after the current time line for the pilot run, investors won't get a consummated sale, but they will be given a new carrot to follow which will take them to around the end of October unless the company breaks with tradition.
Contrary to what someone said, I would bet my bottom dollar that Mr. Heddle does read these message boards...but he still has to stick with a working procedure.
