WOLV is already SEC reporting- SEC reporting co's that dont meet new OTC rules re min bid of 1c pps for ca 90 days and who dont pay a 10,000 surcharge have been listed as pink current beginning spring 2014 based on 4months after their fiscal year ends after ca may 1, 2014
important thing is sec reporting and audited financials-both of which WOLV has
if they want to pay a 10k surcharge/yr they can uplist to OTCQB after pps bid has been 1c for 90 days
