On April 28, 2015 annual shareholders meeting of AS "Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija " took a decision to denominate company's shares from lats to euro and to d ivide the value (positive difference) arising from the denomination as follows: - to pay to Company’s shareholders 0.02 EUR per each share; the total amount to be paid to shareholders – 8 760.00 EUR; - to assign to Company’s reserves 1257.85 EUR.
Considering the above and based on AS "Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija " announcement of May 19, 2015 , June 15, 2015 is the record date, on which AS "Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija " shareholders list for the abovementioned payouts will be fixed.
Thus, June 11, 2015 is the last trading day when shareholders who have bought AS "Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija " shares by concluding automatically matched trades in the orderbook are eligible for the abovementioned payouts. Starting with June 12, 2015 investors buying company's shares by concluding automatically matched trades in the orderbook won't be eligible for the payouts.
Taking into account that the nominal value of shares are set to EUR 0.70, for all shareholders who will own company’s shares on June 15, 2015 (end of the day), in the morning of June 16, 2015 (before opening of the market) the amount of shares owned will be doubled. Therefore June 11, 2015 is also the last trading day when shareholders who have bought AS "Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija " shares by concluding automatically matched trades in the orderbook are eligible for the above mentioned stock split. Starting with June 12, 2015 investors buying company's shares by concluding automatically matched trades in the orderbook won't be eligible for additional shares .
