Many posters have been commenting on the likelihood of big announcements at the upcoming SHM. I hope these thoughts can be put on hold and get back to reality. Management is restricted as to what they can announce to shareholders that is not public information. In other words, they can't give the shareholders an unfair investment advantage. This could be a real problem if the meeting was held during market hours. But, since this is to be a Saturday meeting, management may have some options; i.e., a press release goes out just prior to the meeting and nearly two full days until the market is available to either shareholders or new investors. I've noticed over the past two+ years that NTEK's management seems willing to take technical risks to be first and best in the field, but not governance or legal risks. We SHS need to recognize that we may not learn a lot that will blow us away at the SHM - because it will have already been disclosed.
