So that basically tells us that they are inexperienced enough that they don't have a clue to run a sandbox environment. Their production network is the test network. If they haven't learned their lesson at this point, something is going to happen that will make them look even more foolish in the near future. It's unfathomable to me that they supposedly have all this experience but not the background to know that they need to be doing testing on a non-production environment. They really never fail to amaze, but not amazing in a good way. There was a time when I was seriously thinking about trying to get myself up to the MA area and seeing if I could be a part of NTEK. I see now that I would have just been frustrated as hell at the what-has-to-be complete ineptness billowing out of that place like a miasma of incompetence. Unbelievable.
