It's all about building out Ultraflix with a robust library, available on virtually every panel/device and then marketing the ish out of it. If they can obtain and retain even a small fraction of the evergrowing worldwide OTT market we are golden. This is looking more and more likely to me. When this happens all worries re share structure, audits, up listing etc. will go away in short notice. Once revs are verified a hard move north will follow regardless of the A/S. Look at the Netflix chart just a few short years ago.
