I wanted to post my $KNSC DD here on Investor Hangout rather than iHub because it's a much cleaner environment here thus far. iHub has been a corrupt nightmare that's scaring a lot of investors for their own selfish shady reasons. More on that later...
I made this account simply to share my solid and factual DD on a micro cap stock I firmly believe in. That stock is $KNSC !
$KNSC is my Pick Of The Millennium! I will give some explanation as to why.
First, as a legal disclaimer I must say that everything I write is always and only just my opinion. You should always do your own research and make your decisions. You are the one that hits buy and sell. You are responsible for all your own stock decisions. I'm just here to share my personal research and information. What you choose to do with the information I've provided is solely your choice.

I'm just sharing info to bring proper awareness in hopes for all of us to benefit. There is a lot of confusion and lack of proper information circulating about this stock, so I'm going to get everyone up to speed and on the same page as to where this stock currently stands as of right now.
With all that said, I will note further that all researched information that I post here is all legally documented information. Everything I post can be confirmed either through press releases, investor relations, deep personal due diligence, or through the company itself. All I have done is simply put the important points of this company and it's stock all on one page in an easy to read format. Hopefully at the end of this, everybody will have a good solid understanding of the current state of the stock. And maybe just perhaps you will see why this is my Pick Of The Millennium
Now with all that legal stuff out of the way, let's dive right in!!
• $KNSC has in fact been bought out. The new owners are currently resolving a tax issue in the state of New Jersey in becoming fully OTC compliant.
• The tax issue is due to past management conduct, as well as with the new company transferring into the U.S. from China.
• Sparx Business Media is $KNSC 's already existing subsidiary, it will be spun off along with it's debts.
• $KNSC legal issues have been paid with company funds. Hostile debt holders have been settled. The toxic debt is gone!!
•The merging company is reported to be a China based manufacturer in the transportation industry with significant assets and revenues.
• It was announced that company operations are currently being transferred from China to a Western European manufacturing facility, with the addition of a new U.S. sales office in Florida.
• The name of the new company has not been publicly announced yet. But with the announced share structure reduction, no toxic debt, and already being profitable- It's a win in my book.
• It's viewed as a lotto by some traders due to the new company not being fully disclosed at this time, but it's the cleanest OTC stock I have ever found at .0001.
• Current management has done an amazing job in turning the company around and getting it back on track from the damage that was done by past owners. Getting rid of all toxic debt is kind of unheard of in the OTC, especially for a stock that currently sits at only .0001.
• The last few press releases stated that there was no change in the share structure besides the announced reduction.
• Based on the facts presented, I do not believe we will have a reverse split of the stock, at least not right away. However, if a reverse split does happen, I would welcome it since it will very likely be accompanied by the merger announcement.
• Again, the merging company is already profitable with no toxic debt. This is not at all typical for the average run of the mill penny stock company. This is much bigger than just a basic lotto in my sincere opinion. With the financial facts as they are, and at this rock bottom share price, this jumps out as a very worthy investment to me regardless of who the buyout company happens to be.
• The last press release dated February 25, 2015 confirmed the buyout and stated that the new company would be announced within the following several days. However, per management update, the announcement has been delayed due to the tax issue that is currently being resolved in New Jersey court by the new owners.
• Legal matters take time, and sometimes longer than expected. The new owners will announce when all is resolved, when all the pieces are together, and when they are legally able to do so. The tax issue situation is the final piece of the puzzle in bringing their company into the U.S. and becoming fully current with OTC.
• Patience is required here. I know that most investors/traders in the OTC aren't often accused of being the most patient of humans on the planet, but patience is definitely needed if you choose to buy in here. I am excited to have found this opportunity, but I am patiently waiting because I understand the situation. I strongly believe that this will be worth the wait.
• In my very honest opinion, this delay creates a huge gap opportunity for investors that might stumble upon this stock during this limbo stage. A profitable company free of toxic debt at only .0001 is insanely undervalued. This is like falling into a cave filled with Gold. To me, it's an opportunity of a lifetime. Or should I say- The Millennium
• If I receive any further updates on $KNSC before we get an official press release, I will share them. If anybody out there has legally documented factual information to share that I haven't covered, please chime in and join the conversation!
• However, if you refer to the $KNSC Investor Hub (iHub) message board for information, please remember that the management company for $KNSC sued iHub for slander and won! Most information posted there about $KNSC on that Investor Hub website is false and defamatory (libel).
• The moderators and some of the other posters on the $KNSC iHub message board are legally documented iHub employees (paid bashers).
• iHub's continued and excessive over-the-top attacks on $KNSC are out of bitterness over the slander lawsuit that they lost. Their illegal conduct shockingly continues still to this day even after the case was closed. But the joke is on them because the courts are fining them more money than what they are actually paid to bash.

• $KNSC would have been exploited in trial if it was a scam. It's obviously not a scam as iHub purports. Scam companies don't win court cases. A legitimate and respected management company like Mina Mar Group also would not represent or associate itself with a scam company.
• Incase that court case seems confusing, let me break it down another notch:
Mina Mar Group won the court case for slander; Slander that was made by iHub employees on message boards towards the companies that Mina Mar Group represents; The company that Mina Mar Group represents is/was $KNSC.
• Here's a very good read on the admissions of a paid basher and exactly how iHub attempts to control and manipulate. After you read this, you will begin to see things much more clearly. (Again, you may have to copy and paste the link if it's not automatically directed.)

• IHub has their little scheme set up just perfectly exactly how they want it. They manipulate everything and attempt to completely control stock price and action. If your post doesn't agree with their bet on the stock, they delete it and/or discredit you and slander you as either a liar, pumper, or scammer.
• If any of you that are reading this attempt to post any of the truthful and legal $KNSC facts I've listed here to the $KNSC iHub board, they will very likely delete your post and/or suspend your account. They will likely do their absolute best teamwork effort to discredit both you and I in any possible way they can artificially think up. After all, it's their job, they've been trained, I would expect nothing but the best lies and slander from them. But remember, I'm the one with the documented legal facts. They're the one's who have already been fined by the courts for slander. They have no facts. Most true investors/traders can see through their garbage. Nobody hangs around a message board for months and years if they have no type of vested interest in the stock.
• iHub paid bashers on the $KNSC board are still attacking years old news and years old events without posting or acknowledging anything current. They delete any and all truthful and factual posts made by genuine shareholders. They do their absolute best to discourage new potential investors. I don't mind if true investors are negative on the stock and express it, that would be normal, but the way these paid bashers are going about it is an actual crime.
• IHub's founder Matthew Brown went to prison for this exact criminal activity. The criminal conduct still continues on with others. It's not going unnoticed. They are being monitored by more than most realize. There will be consequences. iHub's ability to chain $KNSC's stock down will come to an end!
• I apologize for the long read to any of you who are already fully aware of this situation and of iHub's conduct. I realize that much of what I am stating is obvious to most. However, if I'm giving comfort and helping just one $KNSC shareholder understand the situation better, then it's worth my time.
•I've sworn off iHub all together with the exception of the newly made WolfofWeedST boards. The Marijuana Stocks board is set up to be a legit hot spot. I expect great things from The Penny Stock Observer board as well. I'm sure those two boards will stay clean and run properly being that that are run and operated by respectable people.
• Again, I want to make very clear that I'm not paid for any of this and I have no affiliation to $KNSC or management whatsoever. My goal was simply to post facts as I see them that are current to show the truth and to show support to fellow shareholders. I wanted to end the confusion and bring proper awareness in hopes for all of us to benefit.

• A press release from new owners can hit any day now at any moment. But I wanted to be realistic about the situation and not give immediate time frame promises that I don't have factual proof of. I just want you to be properly informed and prepared. News will surely drop, but nobody knows when. I'm simply posting the facts as they currently stand.
• If you're not a shareholder and if you don't think $KNSC will shoot up to the moon, well then I at least thank you for reading this far In my very honest opinion, the stock should at the very least go up 1 little tick. Who out there doesn't like 100% gains? Just the share structure reduction alone should pop this up upon next press release when the new owners and operations are officially announced. A buyout that is already legally confirmed and documented.
• I said the same thing about $SVFC several weeks back when it was .0001 with no bid. Now that stock has been holding .0002 more and more solidly in more recent trading days. So yes, a quality no bid .0001 stock can allow you to double your money quite easily if you have patience, even without company news.
• I feel strongly about $SVFC just as much as I do about $KNSC. I like getting in quality opportunities early.
• For the record, I intend on holding my positions much longer than just .0002. I won't give a price prediction because I'm not Nostradamus, but I strongly believe $KNSC will go higher than most of it's .0001 peers considering the unique circumstances. I can easily see $KNSC having a similar sustained move up as $EVSV is currently having.
• Of course I would love and appreciate the support of having new teammates! The more humans the merrier! Hopefully we can all win together from the bottom up!
