Absolutely. The inherited r/s shares if sold will be grabbed straight away by longs - selling at current levels is not even equivalent to getting .0001 back for the original purchase.
Also, the number of shares involved is relatively insignificant compared to what has been bought since. You only have to look at how easily the pps moved up initially, with very few shares available in the .03>.07 range, before the suspicious activity started. Experienced Level 2 watchers will know exactly what I mean.
I'm booked to speak to a senior manager at E*TRADE tomorrow and I will be insisting that he gets to the bottom of the debacle - I suspect when the truth is out there may yet be a short squeeze.
Regardless of that, professional analysts anticipate that $2.3B will be invested by venture capitalists in the US drone industry in 2016 and DSUS not only has it's own drones fully designed and ready, but also will get instant revenue from partnership sales of thermal cameras and LED strobe lights on the drones from other manufacturers. If the FAA mandate the use of strobe lights on drones, the market will be enormous.
A no-brainer for me for the foreseeable future - regardless of which way the vote goes for the redemption of the Preferred C Shares.
