We need to keep in mind that NTEK shareholders of record are entitled to shares in the spinoff of NTGL and NTEK will have a substancial interest in that company which benefits us going forward. If 400M shares were need to be in reserve to ward off takeover since PPS is ridiculously cheap then it is smart management decision. If future shares are also needed to entice lucrative business deals that makes sense to invest in, then those shares in reserve will be important to the future of NTEK as well.
The future for NTEK is very exciting take advantage of opportunities that don't come your way that often. I am all in.
