You are absolutely right though. If a customer is angry and in front of me, it's far different than one that is on the phone, however they are still VERY important if they are on the phone if *I'm* talking to them. I don't get that impression when talking to IR, but that's neither here nor there. My biggest concern with the meeting is that they will answer questions, they will say what they will say, and we'll just have to wait and see if any of it's true. The last couple SHMs were great info and made me feel like I was really invested in an amazing company, but little to none of any of their promises came to fruition, despite all their years of experience. That is concerning and I wish I could address it to them directly. Much to my chagrin, I won't be able to be there. That said, again, I agree with you that it would be good to be there to have them tell you what is happening face-to-face. I imagine there will be some people there that are none too happy with where we are with the company and management right now.
