finished skimming the docs -this is the contemplated 'closing by' date late june i saw long time ago and remembered as either june 20 or 30-only contemplated closing date i see
p.24 of april 8k
''if the Transaction is not closed by June 30, 2015, unless the parties hereto agree to extend such date in writing;''
i assume they would extend the date if delays carry over beyond june 30
