You have NO IDEA what they are allowed to share or not to share
If NTEK is working on a DEAL with a Company like APPLE or GOOGLE, then what they are allowed to share....
Would no doubt be determined by Apple or Google.....
And yes Apple or Google would say something like, no PR's or Disclosure of anything until the DEAL is Finalized, then we will Coordinate What is announced and When!
Unless you want NTEK to say, we cannot agree to this, because while our Value and Share price would go up 1000%...

If I was Apple or Google and working on an agreement (non-disclosure) would be a stipulation, that is determined by the larger company, because it is much more complicated, and has to go through many more people then it would at NTEK!
So unless you just simply do not understand anything about business, it is quite possible that NTEK was told, "NO you cannot disclose anything related to this"!
So it is not some kind of weir thing, like you are making it out to be, it is quite NORMAL!
