I have no idea but my gut tells me the funds have not been raised previously waiting for the public vehicle. I could be wrong but if the funds were waiting for this vehicle I would think another PR would have been issued letting shareholders know. That's material information. It will also take approx. 10 months to get the first app to market which is now well into 2016. Based on all the hype in the cyber world this product should be on the street now. It's very frustrating being in the dark but what else can we do but assume and wait.
