However let's remember that SOME of the bashing we've seen with CTIX is related to traders' groups which were short the stock, and also it is possible that there is a hedge fund that may have shorted and wants to accumulate at low levels.
Who Profits? Always the question that detectives ask in classic murder mysteries.
Who Profits from lower share price? Shorts, those who want to accumulate lower.... and potential Big Pharma partners who think low share price puts them in a better position to negotiate a deal.
Who Profits from NOT uplisting to a "real" exchange? All of the above.
I had thought that the reason we were not uplisting was the share price below 3, but did not want to post it lest it give the trolls more ammo. Now that the cat's out of the bag, I'll just say that there is a POWERFUL reason for pumper/dumpers to want to keep CTIX on the pinks, where they can do their 15 cent trades that "etradeedge" said he was doing, without fear of SEC looking at their pumping and bashing.
