Ok. I kinda see where your coming from. I just didn't read it that way. I looked at it as that being the day that whatever these unjustifiable delays are, it's source would be "corrected" by then. I didn't read that as the correction being a mini pass.
Hope your right. Your read into it would be a much quicker resolution. I have no problem being wrong on this one.
