Just spoke too ETRADE, no shares have been receive

Just spoke too ETRADE, no shares have been received from the TA, was there response , I told them the TA has confirmed the transfer too me, they said they just called the TA and the TA confirmed to them that NO SHARES HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRRED .
