Quote:No, not after what they announced, and what appeared. The latest a-list addition, GI Joe, just one movie, was 6 weeks ago.
So when you look at our sp, and you look at what we have as far as movies, doesnt that give ya reason to be positive?
Quote:How come they have no money ? Where did it all go ?
How does a pinks sheet get the quality of content when they have no money?
From the LSH Dec.23th:" We have no intention of raising the authorized share structure, nor any contemplation of a reverse split." So all looked OK then.
Three months later: AS raises by 30%.
Well, OK, maybe they need money. After all, they are starting up UF.
Less than two months after that, bam, another AS increase, this time 40% more. What t... f....
Quote:probably, but they seem to be unable to project business three months ahead, clearly unable to judge how NTEK/UF will perform.
Did they hire some of the biggest names in the industry?
The AS has almost doubled since then. They may be good at what they do, but someone sucks at managing the company. Do they have a business plan ? Where's the CFO ? Is Riordan still the CEO ?
Even the CEO couldn't look 2 weeks ahead "We will be adding titles from Millennium, IFC and Nu Image this month", that is 10 weeks ago, still waiting.
Quote:Don't know, do you ?
The employees are down huge as well, but are they leaving the company?
What I do know is that 55 mln restricted shares have been sold this year so far, while the PPS is at its lowest in a year. Makes you think if, as some say, Ultraflix is to be the next Netflix.
Three weeks to go to see the promised "Beginning in Q2 we will be launching Live 4K events including concerts, music festivals and sporting events."
Quote:I sure do hope so, but so far, little has been published about UF superior quality from independent reviewers (as far as they exist).
Do they have a product that is superior in quality to competitors who have billions?
Quote:That's a good start. You can have all the publicity you want, but what is needed are paying customers.
Their logo is printed on boxes, They are getting press about what they have, I have seen the loops playing on the Visios.
Judging by the two AS raises, revenue should be far below expectations.
And as far as TV manufacturers are concerned, they are interested in selling TV's. Content is not really their problem, since soon enough all you will be able to buy will be 4K sets.
They have three more weeks to announce some f..... big accomplishments, or this quarter will be a real disaster, relying on Interstellar, GI Joe, a Baby Geniuses, and a handfull of Iron Dragon and concerts, for revenue ?
I hope the UF adds bring in money. And just maybe NTGL will announce something big.

Why are there posters on ihub bashing this stock 24/7? IMO its still worth the risk and I too am down a lot.
Because they are payed to do that, and as long as pumpers keep on responding to their posts, they will continue to bash, and make money.
So you are down a lot to. But after all, who isn't ?
I hope the Apple pumping on the pony board (Appleflix, wtf ??) won't create a huge bubble à la "super tweet" from last year, only to burst next week at the latest, leaving more disappointed investors.
I guess we'll have to see what this week brings, cause last week didn't bring much.
Let's see if the CEO keeps his promise of hosting quarterly conference calls. If so, we should see about that this week.
