Based on my visit last week to NTEK office I view

That being said NTEK is:
1) Timing the execution of UltraFlix roll out with the arrival of ALL 2015 4K TV manufactures which really began around April 1. Mr. Stone mentioned that by mid summer we will be in full swing of getting the branding established. Per his comments I see a full on onslaught of marketing strategy from Gift cards to emails to 4K TV purchasers along with TV advertising spots.
2) The team being small in comparison to the major streaming heavy weights has a real feel a family building the business step by step. The personnel are multi talented working several different areas and adaptive to change as it was obvious they are on top of this technology hands down. Just ask Alex Rudis!
3) Nothing right now matches UltraFlix, its uniqueness from complex streaming technology to where they are headed with 4K live streaming is leaving the heavy weights behind and because of the dinosaur mentality (mentioned) they wont be as quick to be adaptive to whats taking place as NTEK's team has been and will be.
We are going into a hugely exciting time and the next 6 months for NTEK truly will be mind blowing! SHM will be quite different then past ones!
