I took my regular IRA that had 400k shares of NTEK and converted into a Roth. I have to pay taxes on the monetary total at the time of conversion but when I start withdrawals in a few years I won't have to pay any taxes. If NTEK pps goes to where I think it is heading I will save lots of money on taxes.
