I posted the following comment on Facebook to the continued questioned about "where are my NTGL shares?" I thought it pertinent to post here. For what it is worth.
The distribution of NTGL shares is not in the control of NTEK or Omni Vance or anyone posting here. No one has the information at this point but the SEC. The SEC has a process they must fulfill before the stock is distributed. NTEK has done all that is required of them and can only wait for the SEC. They wait, we wait. People need to understand that the majority of problems/issues we have with NTEK are out of NTEK's control. Bad mouthing management because this or that has not been accomplished when management has no control over the issue is asinine. Contracts not completed/signed because the other party is deliberate is not the fault of NTEK. Bollywood was finalized this week and Apple is in the house. We knew of both previously through PR's and Facebook but until they were confirmed it was speculation. Now it is reality. Businesses have a process. They adhere to their time table not NTEK's nor ours. A review of our management team indicates to me that we have a well seasoned team capable of combating any obstacle. Let them do their job. Decisions are made, right or wrong. If wrong, you adjust, if right you move faster. I am not in NTEK's decision circle. None of us here are. Our decisions are buy, sell or hold. NTEKs decisions have been revolving around working with billion dollar corporations Now they are working with the largest market cap company in the world. A pinkie working with #1. Enuf said. Oh, and #2 market cap, Google. We work with them too. Off my stump for now.
