I'm hoping that someone who's more knowledgeable than me can explain the following. Ever since PVECD/DSUS has been available for trading on Scottrade, which is a few weeks now, I've been accumulating shares.
This morning, I purchased a ton of shares at the Ask. Without exception, every time I've purchased this stock, the Ask drops immediately after my purchase, even when there are no buys or sells following mine.
It makes me feel kind of stupid for paying more than I have to for my shares, but I was under the assumption that when someone purchases a stock, the Ask should go up, not down.
As I write this, although I purchased nearly 40% of today's total volume, the stock is down nearly 19%. I read the contents of the CC, and have been doing my DD on this company. Despite what the bashers on I-Hub have to say, everything that I've seen about DSUSA is positive.
I guess at this point, all I want to know is why the price drops immediately after every one of my purchases. Thanks.
