FBI probing major federal breach; FEYE, PANW, CYBR

The FBI is probing a major hack (believed to come from China) of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), which handles security clearances and employee records for federal workers. The agency plans to notify ~4M current and former employees their data may have been compromised.
The AP reports the White House is thinking of making an announcement tonight or tomorrow morning.Cybersecurity plays have risen in AH trading. FireEye (NASDAQ:FEYE), whose Mandiant unit has been hired to probe many high-profile breaches is up 1.5% AH to $48.66. Palo Alto Networks (NYSE ANW) is up 1.3% to $170.94, and CyberArk (NASDAQ:CYBR) is up 0.9% to $62.20.
Several security tech firms posted big gains yesterday, possibly aided by the attention given to Tuesday Senate hearings regarding a major IRS breach.FireEye is a day removed from announcing a threat-intelligence service partnership with Visa, and hosting its analyst day. FBR, Pac Crest, and others provided positive analyst day reactions today. FBR notes management stated it's aiming for over $2B in 2019 billings; 2015 guidance is at $825M-$835M.
