All talk, no action. And THAT is what makes me skeptical of the Berg & Co. Berg said (if I remember correctly) that he has filed a complaint with the IRS about all the companies he thinks are related with this "scam." But,. to date, nothing has become of it. Why? (Frankly, I would post this at iHub (edited to make it fairly sure it wouldn't be a personal attack against Berg & Co. and, so, not deleted) but I banned myself for 30 days. Yes, seriously.)
Anyhow, Marani would have a LOT of lawsuits against them/Margrit if it weren't for folks being paranoid about giving up their autonomy (their alias) to file a lawsuit against Marani/Margrit. But, well, she really does need a lawsuit concerning those many "fraudulent" PRs which would, once and for all, end the MB war of words. If she won, good for her and, perhaps, hop on board!! But if she lost one, and MANY would follow, it's BK and, possibly, jail time for her, hopefully.
