here's a ? i asked .. that may have been missed
if folks don't read *there* .. and subsequent response/s ..
interesting to note response covers >> several states including Michigan
(in doing DD .. and finding some interesting overlaps .. Michigan pops up
alongside NY and TX) .. specific to NYS >> some really interesting stuff
happening in several cities .. including Albany/Buffalo .. Syracuse because
of OBG .. old stomping grounds .. lol .. not sure what is what re: Rochester
but nothing will surprise me in NYS based on what the state is trying to achieve over the coming decade

curious about your thoughts about Buffalo ..
to me NYS *fits* as the northern state .. that said *imo*
*a cluster* seems to be overkill for Madison County .. tho' i have no doubts Zecca
pulls a proc in due course
any chance in your opinion that P2O/OBG/ECO have a cluster going into Buffalo?

Actually Zecca is spearheading a coordination for waste plastic collection in 5 counties so I wouldnt write him off at all. Madison may very well turn out to be one of our future locations.
Hmmmm Buffalo, maybe maybe not. Aside from some of the fabrication being located in the "greater" Buffalo area they too are a contender as is Rochester and Syracuse. Have any of the locals seen if those other 4 shrink wrapped machines have been moved? I know the other 2 are no longer visible from the street.
Im thinking of another northern state possibly Pennsylvania Ohio or Michigan as the location Rick is referring to but if they arent the ones announced this time, we'll find out about his decision sooner or later.

i wasn't writing him off per se (Zecca) .. rather was thinking a cluster of 3 prox was more *flagship* than one site required ..
clearly not ..
thx for the input .. appreciated

Plastics to Oil cannot be localized – it must be regional. Jim feels that there could be a lot of regional plastics to oil facilities. They are collecting from Madison now until they get a commitment but then expect to expand.
