You really need to cease & desist with posting false information about the company. You know that I know who you are. So, should be safe to assume that the company knows who you are. Persisting with your incessant need to attack by way of spewing utter BS will ensure legal action taken against you by the company. The line is getting longer and longer.
Updating the corporate officers with the SOS is not a matter of filing an amendment. Cassandra it is actually an annual update of corporate officers. This ANNUAL update is also the time of the year when a corporation pays to the state of Nevada the annual fees which are based on the value of the shares issued by the corporation. NOT an amendment fee for UPDATING the officer list for such is NOT AN AMENDMENT.
Last time I checked YOU have not filed a single document for this company. Last time I checked YOU have not confirmed a payment made by the company. Last time I checked YOU STILL do not know what you are talking about.
I will speak with the CEO and counsel today to confirm the feasibility of providing not only the stamped receipt for costs for the annual filing but also the amendment for the A/S increase signed by the CEO, Joel Bredow, for all to see.
