The 600 pound gorilla in the room is where have the 240mil shares gone to and for what price and now how fast will this new 450mil be gone. How much money and value will it bring to the company. Who are the beneficial new owners of all these shares and what are there plans, will they hold or sell. All questions that need answers to long time shareholders who are seeing our percentage of ownership decline rather rapidly, along with our pps heading south as well.
Without news premarket we are going sub penny. Which creats a dilemma...450mil x subpenny yields less than 4 million dollars to grow, not exactly a lot of money for what we are giving up. The saving grace would be spectacular news which would bump the pps significantly and give these soon to be issued shares much more value for us and the company.
