Remember NTEK is PROFITABLE. That is saying a lot
right there about WHY they are doing the A/S raise.
They are doing the A/S because the see a very unique
window of time over the next year or so to become the
defacto HOUSEHOLD NAME ACROSS THE USA AND
WORLD IN 4K CONTENT ! ITS ALL ABOUT BUILDING
A MAJOR BRAND NAME WORTH MANY MILLIONS !
You've got to have serious capital on hand to make
that happen. Sure they could have kept the A/S
where it was and just putted along with SLOW GROWTH
but NTEK see's the VISION of where the company can
be in just a few years as BIG A HOUSEHOLD NAME
as NETFLIX is today !
