This can only go 1 or 2 ways. We know the company is cash poor, Bret supported with his own cash infusion, so this is either on the verge of bk, or if a deal can be struck for a buy out or partnership all will live to post another day. Now depending on who owns the N Assay this can either be very good for shareholders or a complete bust. We know how the flat pack will benefit shareholders and that's if the company survives. Pending meaning not yet complete. Perhaps we will know any day now. imo
