The Respondents PLAY here is: Do nothing. Tic...Toc...HC is STALLING for TIME.
WHEN A GOVERNMENT AGENCY KNOWS THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE, they ALWAYS STALL to buy TIME to calculate THIER position.
The affidavit is prejudicial, and ONCE MORE, HC knows it.
ADD another 30 days to the Judicial clock.
TIC...........TOC..............our remedy is on the Judicial Clock, and CANADA knows it
