I don't know how many of you saw the HBO special on Scientology that was shown recently. Even though the IRS had not given them religious tax exempt status, they had refused to pay any taxes for several years until their tax bill was close to 1 billion dollars. Just as the IRS was about to shut them down, over 2000 Scientology members sued both the IRS and individual tax auditors and Voila they were granted religious status with no taxes ever collected.

What if a hundred or so of us sued ISUX and a couple of the most flagrant liars in small claims courts around the country for losses incurred by their lies? I wonder what the result would be?
