If it's really not abundantly clear... The alia

The aliases who pop up on penny stock boards, and who seem to know things that only insiders would know, aren't broadcasting their tidbits to help those on the outside.
They spread rumors of unannounced material "news" to convince the gullible to continue bagholding or buy more. They're the ones with stock of their own to sell, or who are working for others trying to unload at a higher price.
Those "in the know" aliases are taking a risk in either leaking insider information and/or spreading misleading lies, for one purpose: to manipulate share price, which is illegal. They're not taking that risk to break the law for your benefit.
Think about it. Anyone who really knew of remarkably good news before the rest of the market that would propel a stock trading in the pennies into the dollars wouldn't be broadcasting that news on the internet. They'd be keeping it to themselves, so that they (and their families and friends) could buy up everything they could before the news was announced.
