PVEC just had a RS, the exchange basically was for every .0001 share you purchased your conversion was to .03 , than it ran up to .10,dropped to .015, than bounced to .07 with nice volume, so if you wanted to get out with a profit you could, the trick is moving quickly before they issue more shares and dilute.
