Putting myself in the mind of a person considering to become a PSGR investor , I might have these few questions :
(1) Precisely, what was paid for the latest "acquisitions" in shares ( most likely ) or in cash . . . or in debt ?
http://ir.pershingpm.com/press-releases/detail/36
(2) When will the next Q filing be out ?
(3) When might production be scheduled to begin ? ....... Might you give us a ballpark estimate ?
(4) What are the official resource estimate(s) for the site(s) likely to go into production ?
As a long-time shareholder, I have accumulated some opinions based on my interactions with The Company ....... First, probably half of the outstanding shares are in the hands of Sr. Management or in the hands of "connected" very large shareholders . ....... And secondly, these inside and connected large shareholders definitely want the S.P. to rise. ....... And finally, they ( like all of the rest of us ) are getting older one year at a time , and are not inclined to wait forever for Share Price appreciation .
What's the point in holding an appreciating asset if only your heirs will enjoy the fruits of the investment ?
Which brings me to the real point of this post : ....... Hey there PSGR, is it not time for some real and meaningful shareholder updates ? ....... ( Ref. my four points listed at top )
