Yes, it was just a joke. There seemed to be a sudden "concern" about Art and his whereabouts, which seemed to me to be a bit ridiculous. So I made a ridiculous statement, which implied that Art had better things to do this week than being on the west coast at SID, like being on the east coast and drinking beer with me.
When I posted the original on Sunday night, I had had more than 1 or 2 beers. The wife and I had been to 5 different venues that afternoon/evening. Just enjoying my retirement.
It's Tuesday morning and heading back into Philly on the train for lunch at Monk's Cafe with the wife. Philly Beer Week continues.
