Well here is one suggestion.Although my business law class was many years ago.
"Tortious interference" is just one of several issues that comes to mind.
Tortious interference of business.- When false claims and accusations are made against a business or an individual's reputation in order to drive business away.
Tortious interference-
Tortious interference is a common law tort allowing a claim for damages against a defendant who wrongfully interferes with the plaintiff's contractual or business relationships.
